The purchasing of supplies, equipment, and services is centralized in the Purchasing Department under the immediate direction of the Director of Fiscal Services who shall comply with all provisions of the California Education, Government, and Public Contracts Codes, and Board of Trustees policy, and shall see that regulations and procedures are established and published accordingly.
