How to Claim my Account (new or returning students that have been away from the college for more than 3 years)

How do I claim my account?
Answer

For new or returning students who have been away from the college for more than 3 years, you should receive an Account Claim Email with instructions on how to claim your account.

That email will contain the following information:

  • Name
  • Username
  • Student ID Number
  • YCCD Email Address
  • Claim Code
  • Link to claim your account

Once you follow the link to create your account, you will be taken to the Yuba Community College District Account Claim page. 

 

Insert your email address and claim code from your account claim email and select Next.

Then, type in a new password and verify it.

Finally, this step verifies that the account claiming process is completed and the username is displayed.
