How do I log into the Microsoft MyApps YCCD Portal?

How to retrieve your College ID?

  • Please select the link below and fill in the requested information to get your ID 

 

YCCD Microsoft Portal Login: https://myapps.microsoft.com

 

What is your YCCD Microsoft Sign-in?

  • For Students
    • <Letter + 7-digit ID>@go.yccd.edu
  • For Staff/Faculty
    • <Letter + 7-digit ID>@yccd.edu

What is your YCCD password?

  • New Students / Returning Students / New Employees:

    • If you are new to YCCD and have NEVER logged into any of our YCCD Systems, please use the password created when you claimed your account.
 

  • Current Students / Employees:

    • If you have logged into any of our YCCD systems, use that same password to log into the YCCD MyApps Portal

 

  • Returning Students / Employees:

    • If you are a returning student with an existing YCCD account and know your password, use your current password to log into MyApps Portal
    • If you do not remember your password, you can select Forgot Password? 
 

Setting up Multi-factor Authentication

 
For security purposes, you are required to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) before accessing your account. Please follow these instructions for setting up MFA.
