Logging In - Access to YCCD Online Systems

What is your YCCD Username?

• Username is your Student/Staff ID#
• How do I find my Student/Staff ID# - go to this link, Retrieve your ID#
   

YCCD Login: https://myapps.microsoft.com

What is your YCCD password?

The default password schema is:

+ First letter of your legal first name (Uppercase)

+ First letter of your legal last name (Lowercase)

+ Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (if no SSN, then use the last 4 digits of Campus ID #)

+ 2 digit designation of your birth month (e.g., April = 04)

• Current Students / Employees:

  • If you have logged into any of our YCCD systems, use that same password to log into YCCD MyApps Portal

• Returning Students / Employees:

  • If you are a returning student with an existing YCCD account and know your password, use your current password to log into YCCD MyApps Portal
  • If you do not remember your password, you can select Forgot Password? 

• New Students / New Employees:

  If you are new to YCCD and have NEVER logged into any of our YCCD Systems, your default password schema is:

  + First letter of your legal first name (Uppercase)
  + First letter of your legal last name (Lowercase)
  + Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (if no SSN, then use the last 4 digits of Colleague ID #)
  + 2 digit designation of your birth month (e.g., April = 04)
