Logging In - Access to YCCD Online Systems

Here is how to sign into your Microsoft MyApps YCCD Portal

📧 What is your YCCD Microsoft Sign-in?

• For Students:
  <Letter + 7-digit ID>@go.yccd.edu
• For Staff/Faculty:
  <Letter + 7-digit ID>@yccd.edu

   

🔍 How to Retrieve Your College ID

Please select the link below and fill in the requested information to get your ID:

If you are unable to retrieve your ID#, please contact the Admissions Department:

🔑 What is your YCCD Microsoft Portal Password?

• New Students / Returning Students / New Employees:
  Use the password you created when you claimed your account.

• Current Students / Employees:
  Use the same password you use for other YCCD systems (e.g., Canvas, Outlook, etc.).

• Returning Students / Employees (forgot password):
  Use the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page to reset it  (This will not work if you do not have multi-factor authentication set up).

📲 Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Upon logging in to your account, you must set up an MFA method for security.

      👉 Please follow these instructions for setting up MFA.

💻 How to Sign Into a Computer on Campus

1. At the LOGON SCREEN, press CTRL+ALT+DEL if prompted.
2. Click on “Other user” if your username is not already listed.
3. Enter your YCCD credentials:
   • Username:
     • Students: <Letter + 7-digit ID>@go.yccd.edu  / OR <Letter + 7-digit ID
     • Staff/Faculty: <Letter + 7-digit ID>@yccd.edu  / OR <Letter + 7-digit ID
   • Password: Use your current YCCD password.
4. Press Enter or click the arrow to sign in.
5. If prompted, complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup or verification.

💡 Make sure the computer is connected to the YCCD network (wired or Wi-Fi) to authenticate with the domain.
