🔍 How to Retrieve Your College ID

🔑 What is your YCCD Microsoft Portal Password?

New Students / Returning Students / New Employees:
Use the password you created when you claimed your account.

Current Students / Employees:
Use the same password you use for other YCCD systems (e.g., Canvas, Outlook, etc.).

Returning Students / Employees (forgot password):
Use the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page to reset it (This will not work if you do not have multi-factor authentication set up).
📲 Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Upon logging in to your account, you must set up an MFA method for security.

💻 How to Sign Into a Computer on Campus
- At the LOGON SCREEN, press CTRL+ALT+DEL if prompted.
- Click on “Other user” if your username is not already listed.
- Enter your YCCD credentials:
- Username:
- Students:
<Letter + 7-digit ID>@go.yccd.edu / OR <Letter + 7-digit ID
- Staff/Faculty:
<Letter + 7-digit ID>@yccd.edu / OR <Letter + 7-digit ID
- Password: Use your current YCCD password.
- Press Enter or click the arrow to sign in.
- If prompted, complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup or verification.
💡 Make sure the computer is connected to the YCCD network (wired or Wi-Fi) to authenticate with the domain.
