Live Scan (Fingerprinting) Requirements

Live Scan is a fast and easy way to submit and process background checks. The Live Scan is the process of obtaining digital fingerprints and submitting them electronically to the Department of Justice (DOJ) and to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as required for a condition of employent. Except for Child Development Program employees, all Live Scan requirements are administered by Office of Human Resources.
