To self-register for password reset options, perform the following tasks.
Login to https://myapps.microsoft.com and follow the instructions from the below screenshots:
Select the tile "Setup Multi-factor Methods and..."
Select "Add sign-in method"

Microsoft Authenticator supports cert-based authentication by issuing a certificate on your device. This will let your organization know that the sign-in request is coming from a trusted device and help you seamlessly and securely access additional Microsoft apps and services without needing to log into each.

Set up a phone call or text message code as your verification method

Alternate Phone |
Set up another phone line to call or text message code as your verification method |
Email |
Set up a personal (non-yccd) email address as your verification method

Set up security questions as your verification method

Set up an office phone call as your verification method |
Choose a method, for instance: "Security questions"

Select and answer the questions and then click "Done"
A message will appear after its successfully registered.
Select "Add sign-in method" again to set up the second method, for instance: "Email"


After clicking “Email”, then you will be asked to input your personal, NON-YCCD email address, then Click “Next”.
A code will be sent to your personal email address that you just typed in.
Type in the code and click “Next”.
Select "Add sign-in method" again to set up the third method, for instance: "Phone"


After you input your phone number and select “text me a code” or “call me”, you will receive a code via voice or text.
After receiving the code and entering it into the “enter code” area, click “next”.
Once you've followed these screenshots, you should be all set! You should now be able to change your own password.
