Updating Browser Language in Google Chrome
For Windows and macOS:
Open Google Chrome
: Launch the browser on your computer.
Access Settings
: Click the three vertical dots (menu) in the upper-right corner and select "Settings."
Navigate to Languages
: Scroll down and click on "Advanced" to expand the menu. Then, find and click on "Languages."
Add a Language
: Click "Add languages," select your preferred language from the list, and click "Add."
Set Display Language
: Click the three vertical dots next to the added language and select "Display Google Chrome in this language."
Restart Chrome
: Close and reopen Chrome for the changes to take effect
For Chrome OS:
Open Settings
: Click the time in the bottom-right corner of your screen and select the gear icon to open "Settings."
Navigate to Languages
: Click "Advanced," then "Languages and input."
Add a Language
: In the "Languages" section, click "Add languages," select your preferred language, and click "Add."
Set Display Language
: Click the three vertical dots next to the added language and check "Show system text in this language."
Restart Chrome OS
: Click "Restart" to apply the changes

Open Microsoft Edge
: Launch the browser on your computer.
Access Settings
: Click the three horizontal dots (menu) in the upper-right corner and select "Settings."
Navigate to Languages
: In the left panel, scroll down and click on "Languages."
Add a Language
: Click "Add languages," select your preferred language from the dropdown menu or search for it, and click "Add."
Set Display Language
: Click the three horizontal dots next to the added language and select "Display Microsoft Edge in this language."
Restart Edge
: Close and reopen Edge for the changes to take effect
