How do I get started?

To start the process, you will need to locate and contact the HR representative assigned to your employee group by clicking here. If your disability is not obvious, you will be asked to complete the Reasonable Accommodation Healthcare Provider Certification with your health care provider.  Some examples of non-obvious disabilities include:
