How to Submit a Service Request in the TDX Portal
Submitting a service request in the TeamDynamix (TDX) portal is a straightforward process.
Follow these steps to ensure your request is properly submitted:

Log In: Access the TDX portal located at https://yccd.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1911/Portal/Requests/ using your credentials. Typically, students and employees will use their YCCD login ending in @go.yccd.edu or @yccd.edu.

Navigate to the Service Catalog: Once logged in, go to the Service Catalog. This is where you can browse or search for the specific service you need.

Select the Appropriate Service: Use the search box or navigate through categories to find the service you require. As you type, predictive text will suggest relevant services.

Submit Your Request:
- Click on the service page that matches your needs.
- Look for the green button labeled "Request Service" or "Report a Problem."

- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible to help the support team understand your request.
- Click "Submit" at the bottom of the form.

Confirmation: After submitting, you will receive an email notification confirming that your ticket has been received. This email will include a link to view your ticket at any time.
