Issue:
There is no sound on the classroom speakers, but audio should be playing from the selected device.
Solution:
Check to ensure that the correct playback device is selected.
- Select the speaker icon from the bottom right of the Windows Taskbar

- Select the up arrow next to the current selected playback device and ensure the device titled "ExtronScalerD" is selected

- Ensure that the volume is up and not muted on the computer/device as well as on the black control panel box at the podium
If you still experience issues, shut down and restart the classroom:
- Select the Power button on the Extron control box, then select Confirm

- Restart the classroom by selecting Start Classic Room
