Fixing Browser Issues
If you experience browser-related problems, try these two steps:

Clear Cache and Browsing History
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome and click the three vertical dots (top-right corner).
- Select Settings.
- In the left menu, click Privacy and Security.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Under Time range, select All time.
- Check all relevant boxes (for a full reset, select all).
- Click Clear data.
- Close all Chrome windows and restart the browser.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge and click the three horizontal dots (top-right corner).
- Select Settings.
- In the left menu, click Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Under Time range, select All time.
- Check all relevant boxes (recommended: Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files).
- Click Clear now.
- Close all Edge windows and restart the browser.
Update Your Browser
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome and click the three vertical dots (top-right corner).
- Select Settings.
- Click About Chrome (bottom of the menu).
- Chrome will check for updates automatically.
- If an update is available, it will install automatically.
- You may need to relaunch Chrome after the update.
- If on a metered network, enable downloads over metered connections.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge and click the three horizontal dots (top-right corner).
- Select Settings.
- Click About Microsoft Edge (left menu).
- Edge will check for updates automatically.
- If an update is available, it will install automatically.
- You may need to relaunch Edge after the update.
- If on a metered network, enable downloads over metered connections.
