These instructions pertain to all YCCD locations.
Available Wi-Fi Networks at YCCD
1. YCCD Guest
- For anyone at YCCD locations to connect personal devices.
- No printing allowed.
- A Captive Portal will appear after connecting.
- Review and acknowledge the YCCD Acceptable Use Policy.
- Click Continue to the Internet to start browsing.
2. YCCD WiFi
- For active students and employees to connect personal or non-domain-joined devices.
- No printing allowed.
- Requires YCCD ID and password for login.
- A Captive Portal will appear after connecting.
- Review and acknowledge the YCCD Acceptable Use Policy.
- Click Continue to the Internet to start browsing.
3. YCCD Staff
- For active employees using YCCD domain-joined devices.
- Printing is allowed.
4. YCCD Win11
- For active employees using Windows 11 YCCD domain-joined devices.
- Printing is allowed.
Additional Information
- If you select Remember this connection or Connect automatically, your credentials will be saved.
- You won’t need to log in again unless you change devices or update your password.
- When visiting any YCCD campus, you won’t need to re-enter credentials.
- After connecting, open your browser and try to visit a website to accept the Acceptable Use Policy.
- You’ll be prompted to accept AP 3720 - Computer and Network Use every 90 days.
- If you still can’t connect:
- Disconnect and reconnect to the YCCD network.
- Review the Acceptable Use Policy instructions on the last page of this document.
- Students and staff should use YCCD WiFi for better speed.
- Guest network speed is limited.
