Employee Leave
Sign into Self Service (https://login.yccd.edu/) Through the Single Sign-on Portal
Select Tile by location
Select Employee and then Leave to access your Leave Request or Leave Balances
Select Leave and the following screen will appear, and you will be able to see your current leave balance information.
You can view your overall balances in the Vacation and Sick Hours area at the top of the screen. Details about accrual earnings, usage and adjustments are found below.
Click on Request Leave on the upper Right hand coner for New Leave Request.
- Select Leave Type
- Select Start and End Dates- If your time off request is not greater than 1 day your start and end date should be the same.
- Enter Hours by Day
- Save
- Submit – Will send this to the assigned Supervisor for Approval
