Logging in to YCCD Poly Phone Handsets

To log in to your YCCD Polycom Phone, Please do the following:

1) Press the "Guest In" button on your handset.


2) Type in your 4-digit extension
3) Press the down button (the down button on the circular button group)

4) Type in your phone voicemail password (default is 3724)
5) Press the "OK" button.


 

After pressing the OK button, the phone should beep and reboot. After the phone reboots, you'll see your 4-digit extension number instead of "FLEX_#####..."
