Zoom Add-in for Outlook (O365)

How do I install the Zoom Add-in to Outlook?
Answer

You must install the Zoom Add-in within the desktop version of Outlook. It is available in the web version after installation.

  • Open desktop Outlook and click File; Select "Manage Add-ins"

  • A browser window will open with the Add-Ins for Outlook. Search for Zoom for Outlook in the search bar select the icon.

  • Select Add

Select Add

  • Restart your computer and open online version of Outlook in your browser. If you go to the calendar and click "New Event" you should see the Zoom icon in the event ribbon.
