Canvas Collaborations/Office 365 Issue

What should I do if I get an invalid login, invalid link or access denied error message when trying to access a file that is using Office 365 LTI within the Canvas Collaboration tool?

This problem only occurs for certain Mac users (specific to certain hardware) using the Safari Browser.

Canvas is working on a fix for this situation - but for the time being we have two work arounds:

  1.  In Safari, the user can disable the "Prevent cross-site tracking" located within the "Privacy" section of Safari preferences.


2.  Use a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
