How do I access Zoom?

Installation and Access Instructions:

Zoom is an online conferencing service. Faculty, Staff and current Students with a college email address can sign up for a licensed account at ConferZoom.

If you already have a Zoom account, you can verify if it is a licensed account that will work with Canvas by checking the "User Type" on your Profile page. It should say "Licensed." If it says "Basic," we recommend clicking "Sign Up" to create an account with your YCCD email address.  You should then receive an email with a link to complete the set up; at that time it will ask you to confirm that you are converting an existing account. 

The first time you join or host a meeting from your computer, the Zoom desktop app will download to your desktop.
